IT is quite a challenge to get around l’hexagone but thanks to the internet you can at least drop in on places and take a virtual tour.
Which is exactly what you can do on the Lyon Photos website, which offers a vast collection of photographs of the streets and buildings of the city.
But what I especially like is the fact that the site also draws together pictures from the past, letting you compare views from yesteryear with those of today.
