The Limousin region

Catkins1907_4ONE of the biggest fears anyone has is that their little hideaway village is going to be featured in a newspaper.

Many people joke that as soon as an article covers an area then you can expect property prices to shoot up, and the Brits to arrive.

Well those with a home in the Limousin better look out as the region has been given the once over by The Times.

The piece mentions the difference in prices for homes in comparison to the neighbouring Dordogne, but also how peaceful and varied it is.

The Limousin is such a large region, with the rolling countryside around Limoges to the west and the rugged hills of the Corrèze in the east, there is sure to be something of interest for many people.
