Guide to writing letters

Pencil_2005IF you need to cancel a service contract or are unhappy with a product you’ve bought, if you’ve not written down your displeasure few organisations will recognise your concerns.

But getting your complaint written down can be a bit of a challenge if your French language skills are not up to scratch.

Well here is another site that I saw mentioned on the La Vie en France newsletter.

Lettres Utiles is a clean and simple looking site that offers a wide range of letter templates, from sorting out problems at school to cancelling an internet contract.

You can easily copy and paste the text into a new document to change things such as dates and names and addresses, there are also some handy tips at the foot of some of the individual letters.

One to pop in your favourites for when you need sort out a “little disagreement” with the bank.
