    And if you are making a new application, and the forms are received by September 23, you will get the £200 payment in time for Christmas.

    Often they are quite formulaic articles so it is good to see one that offers some useful advice and information, as well as how to steer clear of problems and pit-falls.

  • Leaseback schemes

    Frenchlife_square0608_5_24THE French government introduced the leaseback scheme over 30 years ago to promote development of accommodation in tourist areas.

    The deal is that you get a property at a substantially reduced price, as there is no 19.6pc VAT charge, but you agree to let it through a management company for a number of years.
